I understand this event is being produced by The Aerie Retreat, a community of COR in Oregon, and release COR and The Aerie and its agents and associates from any and all liabilities.

I understand that my registration payment reserves my spot but is not considered complete until I submit both the questionnaire and waiver. Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that The Aerie reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke my participation. In such cases, my registration fee may be eligible for a full refund.

I understand that workshop fees are non-transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, the fee is refundable; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event, I will receive half of the payment; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then The Aerie reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I agree that by registering to staff, I will be available for the entire staffing experience, starting at 9:15 on Thursday morning until completion at 4:00pm on Sunday afternoon. If for any reason I can not be available during this time, in its entirety, I will be subject to the cancellation policy.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.

Upon completion of this workshop, I consent to receiving email marketing communications and updates from COR and The Aerie, and I may opt-out at any time.

Special Note for Staff Lodging & Meals:

Please note that the staffing fee includes Wednesday night lodging (April 23) and breakfast & lunch on Thursday (April 24); however, you must confirm your early arrival by April 1 if you plan to come early. You will be responsible for your own food (dinner) on Wednesday if you arrive early. You will receive instructions on how to confirm your spot in your order confirmation email.

We ask for your flexibility in sleeping accommodations - options include communal camping style lodging in Lotus Belle Tent or shared room. Option to pitch your own tent or bring your own RV or trailer is available.

Request regarding Payment:

If you are able to pay the benefactor rate for staffing, we would both encourage and greatly appreciate it so that extra funds can go towards scholarships for staff and participants who are experiencing financial hardship. Payment plans are also available for either tier.
